I’m obsessed with Alexa Chung’s style, here are some pointers of how to copy cat her ladylike and quirky style.
Alexa is a permanent fixture on the ‘Best Dressed Lists’ and it’s not hard to see why. She has an effortless vibe that just oozes ‘cool’. You never feel like she’s tried too hard to put her look together and somehow it’s always just perfect. Alexa is timeless and classic. These could be from yesterday or 10 years ago and it’s very hard to tell which.
Signature Style: Loose smock dress with loafers, high waisted jeans, buttoned up blouse, gorgeous piece-y bangs and a 60’s cat eye.
Tricks to stealing her style: Channel the 60’s in a major way with hair, make up and clothing. Never show too much skin. Pair accessories unexpectedly but never too many and always delicate. Vintage pieces are a must!
Wardrobe Must Haves: Classic trench coat, loafers, smock dress, simple satchel bag, retro silk blouses, high waisted jeans and pointy toes flats.
Style Icons: Jane Birkin and Francois Hardy.

Always check the armpits of garments. Before the days of deodorants sweaty pits were a common occurrence (I know...!) so this is the first place to look on a pre-loved piece for unsightly stains!
