I got an email with UPS tracking saying my purchase would be shipping soon. Still, after five days UPS has not received the package/item/purchase for shipment. I’ve emailed big top shop 3 times within the 5 days and have not heard anything back. Getting really frustrated. For starters what kind of company sends you tracking info without having sent the package to carrier? And second what kind of company doesn’t respond to their customers? It’s been well over 24 hours. Their website says to click ti “red live chat” to live chat with someone…there is NO red live chat button any where! The website is vague. They have a 800 number so I may try that, but I’m worried I’ll end up on hold for my entire lunch break. I won’t be ordering from big top shop again.
