Did not get money refunded
My Complaint: I purchased an travel hammock through Living Social on 7/8/13. They had many complaints and cancelled the deal and refunded my purchase price in full. However, Cautivadora charged shipping in the amount of $16.50 to my credit card. I was never able to speak with someone and to this date, the charge had not been credited, They no longer answer the phone number or have the website, so I am guessing they are no longer doing business. If they are, I would like to find a way to contact them.
My Demand: I want the shipping charges refunded
