Customer Order #100645 I purchased a firm mattress and box springs set in Dec 2009 for our guest room. The wasn”t used until late January for about 2 weeks. During that time the mattress began to sag. I contacted the store and completed Mattress 1 One special request form on Feb. 15th At that time I was told I would be contacted by the corporate office to schedule an inspection. I never received a call so was told to call “Betty” at [protected]. After a few days and no call I called again. Betty was in a meeting so I spoke to Matt explaining my request. He said he could not find the fax request from the Davenport store and asked for another one to be sent. I returned to the store and spoke with Miguel the sales associate. Several days passed and still no call so I returned to the Davenport store and Miguel informed me it was out of his hands and he could do nothing for me. No one will provide us with any corporate phone #”s or any customer service #”s. I can be contact at [protected] and my email address is [protected]@msn.com. Please help if you can.
